First-Aid Friday: 72-hour kits

-Water (1 Gallon/ 4 Liters Per Person)/ Water Filtration Bottle

-Food: Power Bars, Canned Food, Dried Fruit, Jerky, or Hard Candies

-First-Aid Kit

-Hand Sanitizer

-Flashlight and Extra Batteries

-Small Radio

-Duct Tape

-Pocket Knife

-Rope

-Whistle

-Box of Waterproof Matches

-Poncho

-Blanket

-Jacket or Sweater

-Pair of Socks

-Toiletries (Toilet Paper/ Tooth Brush/ Tooth Paste)

*In the case of a quick exit, it will be useful to have your items contained in one area. You can use a 5 gallon bin, an old backpack, a bag, or anything you might have that could conveniently hold your 72-hour kit.
